TALENTBUILDER
The TALENTBUILDER program offered by LHH is designed to provide leaders with the skills and tools needed to successfully engage, develop, and retain talent.
The workbook design for the program includes a bright colored palette and illustrations to help depict abstract concepts and numerous activities throughout to encourage participation. Note: an illustrator was contracted to create the original illustrations.
